Grading
Asphalt is only as good as the grade/base upon which it is placed! We offer light duty grading services that will create optimal water drainage. Whether you need additional stone on your driveway or placement of 6 inches or more for a new paving project, Sterling McDiarmid Paving will always build a quality project.
Asphalt Paving

All asphalt labor and materials placed by Sterling McDiarmid Paving are guaranteed for one year.
Asphalt Sealcoating
Protect your investment through the application of seal coat. For maximum benefit, it is recommended that sealer be applied on new asphalt 12 months after initial asphalt placement and then on a regular basis, about every 24-36 months. Sterling McDiarmid Paving uses only a premium quality asphalt based emulsion product. Some benefits of seal coat are beautification in a cost effective manner, protection from the sun and spills such as oil, and the hiding of small cracks and rough patches that could potentially turn into a larger issue.
Asphalt Crack Filling
Crack filling is one of the most cost-effective tools at our disposal to extend the longevity of asphalt. Our machine will fill anywhere from ½" to 2" cracks using a hot rubberized crack sealant.
